This review typically takes 1–3 hours. We do not process subject to verificationly. We prioritise security over speed. Once approved, funds are routed to the payment method you used for your original deposit—you cannot withdraw to a different account.

We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, including attempts to circumvent our security, fraud, or use of our platform in breaches of local law. Closure is not reversible; your balance will be withdrawn according to our standard process and returned to your registered payment method.
